The discussion of the meeting are the following agendas;
Agenda 1. Venue: Wala pa ring napipili since we are still waiting for the quotes from Club V. Makakausap ko later iyong manager by then maipopost na po lahat ng quotes from different possible venues.
Agenda 2. Bank Account: We had a revision of the finance committee. The head will still be Rep Anielou Gelacio, siya po ang bahala sa books of accounting. The other members: Rep Christopher John Asaro, Rep Roselle Jeanne Moroni and Rep Mars Stenseth, will be our signatories for the account.
Agenda 3. Donations: The donations will be used for the grand reunion event itself. Pero during the event, meron po tayong donations box that we could use to help the school. If donations are enough to cover all expenses sa event, there is NO NEED for us to sell tickets from our fellow batchmates. We will be tallying all donations incurred before the next reps meeting. By then, we can estimate kung needed pa ba ang registration fee or not.
Agenda 4: Booking the venue: Target will be on the 1st week of September. We would have to pay half of the fee of the venue para mai-book na natin. The other 50% we'll have to pay maybe a week before the event itself.
Agenda 5: Promotions: There will be a tarpaulin posted in front of OCNHS and Anonas Bridge as soon as we decide on the venue. The contact persons will be Rep Le-An Pacheco Mendoza, Rep Romar Bantican and Rep Czerlene Relano Razal.
Agenda 6: Sponsorship: In addition to donations, we are also accepting sponsorship, not only from our batchmates but from other companies and businesses as well. Sponsors will have a place in tarps during the event as well as in our blog site.
Agenda 7 Tshirts: Sa mga batchmates nating gusto ng T-shirt, sisimulan na po nating magbenta. We are adding 50php for every T-shirt pandagdag sa batch fund. Additional 10php naman if they're the ones to provide the shirt. Will be posting prices and colors available soon.
The next meeting is schedule on August 26, 2012 (Sunday) 10AM. The agenda of the next meeting will be on ticket sales (if still needed), head counts of attendees, guest list, booking entertainment, caterers, decors, token or souvenirs, etc.
