I. Call to Order
Ms. Czerlene Razal
called to order the regular meeting of the OCNHS Batch 2002 at 8:00 PM on September 8 in McDonald’s
Magsaysay.
II. Roll Call
The following persons were present: Ms. Anielou Gelacio, Mr. Ronnel Pega, Ms. Rossan Rubrico, Mr. Wilfred Lee Portacio, Mr. Ramwel Ramos, Ms. Domalyn Lumanog, Ms. Le-an Mendoza, Mr. Angel Gaton, Mr. Juminyl Aga-ab and Mr. Christopher John Asaro.

II. Roll Call

1: Budget - It is still subject for approval from the finance committee. A list should be provided for the cost of the event on November 25, before the next meeting.

2: Ticket prices - Dahil sa generous donation ni IDOL sa food and sa pagsagot ni KINDNESS sa half ng lights and sounds, we are only
asking P200 per ticket. Please tell our dear batchmates na 1 ticket = 1
person.

3: Sponsorship We are still looking for sponsors for our event. Ive
already uploaded our sponsorship duly signed by our committee heads. You
can already download it.

4: Informing school - We have yet to hear from Rep Valiente, if the
letter for Mam Cocina and Mam Aggabao pushed through. Nevertheless, I
doubt we will be rejected. Just a heads up that we are working on it.
Agenda 5: Token for guests - Red wine for all non-paying guests such as sponsors, advisers, guest speaker, principal.

6: Invitation letters to guests & sponsors. - The deadline for RSVP
for sponsors will be a month before our event. Afterwards, we will be
sending them invitation letters.

7: Motorcade - As of Sept 8 we have 2 cars and 1 coaster joining our
motorcade. Wala pa pong nagpapalista kung sinu-sino makakasama sa
motorcade.

8: Decors, Lights & Sound - We need to make the event simple yet
not too drastic. Yet to receive quotes for lights and sound. Meron na
rin pong sasagot ng half the payment for the lights and sound. As of
skirting of tables and chairs, si Rep Juminyl na raw po ang bahala :)

9: Program - Program's nearly finished. Drafted na po sya ni Rep
Czerlene. We just need a name for our guest speaker and a list of people
who would like to perform and its good.

10: Photobooth - This will be our souvenir from the event. According to
Rep Ramwel, there'll be a sponsor for this. Good news for all of our
batchmates.

11: Mardigras - Yes, tuloy po ang pagkakaroon natin ng booth sa
Mardigras (Oct 25-27). Isa po ito sa next meeting agenda. Everyone who can
help are welcome. Just contact Rep Domalyn for details.
